Newly painted inside and out, the home feels fresh, bright, and welcoming. From the house, enjoy sweeping beach views all the way to mainland Puerto Rico in the distance.

An optional guest vehicle is available exclusively for La Buena Vida guests, offering easy, reliable island transportation with no rental counters or lines—details shared after booking. And just across the street, you’ll spot our neighbor’s charming dolphin wall, a beloved local landmark that lets you know you’ve arrived in the right place.

Patio

This spacious oceanfront patio has it all—comfy lounge seating, a hammock with a view, outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and even laundry. It’s the heart of the home, perfect for relaxing, cooking, napping, or simply soaking in the sights and sounds of the sea. Tucked off to the side, a charming mosaic-tiled bench and table create a quiet spot for morning coffee or peaceful moments, all with sweeping ocean views and island breezes.

This oceanfront seating area offers a front-row seat to Puerto Rico’s unforgettable sunsets. Lounge in the shade with a cold drink, sway in the hammock, and watch the sky light up with color—the perfect way to end the day. The breezy patio features cozy lounge seating, a stylish dining table for four, and sweeping ocean views. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying cocktails and dinner under the fans at sunset, this inviting space is made for relaxing, lingering, and soaking in the island vibes.

Fire up the grill and enjoy a cookout in paradise. The gas BBQ is ready for fresh-caught fish, burgers, or any island-inspired meal, tucked into a breezy corner with a tropical backdrop. We’ve also got you covered for beach days, with foldable chairs, snorkel gear, and an umbrella available—though the island breeze may occasionally have other plans for it.

Backyard

Amazing sunsets from the lower deck, followed by an easy walk to a peaceful, nearly private beach with soft sand and great snorkeling.


Enjoy great snorkeling just below the house, where clear water reveals the reef from above, and soak in stunning sunset views as the sky lights up over the sea. A few sweet wild cats have also adopted the property, roaming freely and adding to the charm of island life. They’re shy but friendly companions and are always happy to accept an occasional treat or leftover.

Garden


Take the shaded stairs down to your very own slice of paradise—our private beach, tucked below the house and surrounded by lush greenery. Just steps from the sea, it’s perfect for morning swims, sunset strolls, or soaking up the sun in peaceful seclusion. Follow the tropical path as the ocean comes into view, then step straight onto the sand. Right off the beach, you’ll find one of the island’s best snorkeling spots, with a vibrant reef just offshore offering clear water and unforgettable underwater views—no boat or tour needed.
