La Buena Vida, “The Good Life”, oceanfront beach house offers guests a private slice of paradise! With its secluded beach and 180° view of the Atlantic Ocean and Puerto Rico, this house offers the best views on the island. Sunsets are world-class! And then there’s snorkeling! Guests have told us the reef off our shoreline is better than the tour locations. Snorkeling gear is provided! Or just relax on the huge patio or hammock and watch the waves. Any time of year, La Buena Vida is waiting for you!

The Space
4-bedroom house with 3.5 baths. Two bedrooms are en suite with private baths. The other two bedrooms share an ensuite Jack-and-Jill bath, plus there are two outdoor showers for returning from the beach. The house also has a large living area, a full kitchen, and a very large covered patio.

Guest access
The entire house is yours, with a large patio and a beautiful ocean just down the stairs. Also, we’ve recently cleared a trail down to the sandy beach cove just below the house. So now the house has access to the beach on two sides. And when you come up the stairs, there is a beach shower and foot-cleaning station to help keep the house sand-free.

Other things to note
The house is beach-ready! Beach chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler are all available at the house for your use.
We offer early and late check-in, when available, for $50 each. Please inquire a few days before your stay.

Enjoy a cheerful, fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender—perfect for island meals and frozen drinks. Bright tile, an open layout, and a well-stocked pantry create a delicious island meal.

Jack & Jill bath features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, connected privately to Bedroom 3. Both Bathroom 2 and 3 offer the same comfortable setup—modern sink, fresh towels, and bright, airy finishes to keep you refreshed after a day in the sun.
Our favorite “half bath” is outside—an open-air shower with what might be the best view on the island. Rinse off after the beach while soaking in sea breezes, sunshine, and a little island magic.
