The main house features 3 bedrooms—one queen bed, two double beds, and a bunk bed (twin over double)—along with 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The open-concept kitchen and living area is designed for gathering, with two glass doors that open to breathtaking lake views. Inside, enjoy shuffleboard in the main living space, then head outside in the evening to relax by the fire pit under the stars.

The Space
Enjoy two houses for the price of one. The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the separate bunk house includes an additional sleeping area and 1 bathroom, providing extra space and privacy for larger groups.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to both the main house and the bunk house, along with acres of hiking trails just outside the back door.

An original stone fireplace, built from rocks and fossils found on the property, adds a unique and memorable touch. Dining table with seating for eight, perfect for shared meals.

Enjoy a farmhouse sink, a single-serve coffee machine, and a charming original 1960s oven that works great. On the short walk down to the lake, you’ll be greeted by seasonal bluebonnets, adding a special Texas Hill Country touch.
Enjoy one of the best shorelines on Lake Whitney—perfect for fishing right from the water’s edge. Many guests reel in their very first catch here, so don’t forget to bring your fishing pole. A vintage canoe is also available for use, complete with life vests, for peaceful paddles on the lake.
